If you receive the wrong item, a damaged product, or an item with a manufacturing defect, you can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

- Products damaged due to improper use.
- Sale or clearance items.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using your original payment method or bank transfer.

🚚 Return Shipping

- If the mistake is ours, Scents Buddy will cover all return shipping costs.
- For approved returns due to other reasons, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
