At Scents Buddy, we proudly ship all orders across Pakistan through PostEx for safe, fast, and reliable delivery.

Shipping Charges

- Flat Shipping Rate: PKR 250 nationwide.
- Any free shipping promotions will be announced separately.

Order Processing

- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a PostEx tracking number via SMS or email to track your shipment.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the order, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
